A YEAST BYPRODUCT

PORK - Domestic pigs are naturally inclined to eat anything thats edible. This includes garbage because garbage can be edible. Pork's bio-degradeable oils come from stored animal fats. When cooked with the right spices this can be tasty. However, it is proportionally inclined to raise your heartbeat which leads to hight blood pressure. Having pork in your stomach is a belly full of food, but what goes in must come out. BBQ pork is the safest bet, most Asians know this well.

FOWL

CHICKEN - If you go to the grocery store and you think you're geting something farmed, you're probably right. Farmers stock chickens professionally, but the difference is they are not necessarily healthy. Anything that walks on two legs for a living has to be taken care of when it comes to an environment. Chickens also have kneecaps although their legs work differently. It's a bone called a Patella. Your drumsticks do taste like chicken but comes from something similar to what you've got. Regardless the chicken population is running amuck and you probably don't have the real deal when it comes to hot sauce. Teriyaki chicken is still a hot item and is a Japanese dish that most Americans can enjoy.

A FISHY BUSINESS

FISH - Fish isn't popular everywhere, and in some countries can be a rare but disgusting reality. Some parts of Africa don't even get a fresh supply because they are delivered by wagon. These kinds of edible fish are only located of the coasts of Africa. Islanders are the ones who do this well, however they don't eat everything. Your appetite is probably for something else. While white fish is a popular dish, so is salmon. These two species have an abundant life and recycle their population. Fish oils are what make cooked fish taste good and can be a source of Omega-3. Remember their aquatic nature has provided them with intelligence.

REFINERIES

BEEF - Refineries kill healthy living organisms in meat. This is why beef is an important commodity. Fundamentally, it is comprised of a basic muscle tissue that doesn't normally represent anything toxic. You can cook beef rare, medium, or well done and it survives the refining process. Although it is not a staple food, it contains a clean protein - as opposed to pork, chicken, and fish. Cows maintain a steady vegetable and oat diet which contributes to both healthy ecosystems and healthy reproduction. Beef is definitely a resource for Americans. You can freeze it, thaw it later and it still cooks fresh. Oxen is also a Mediterranean cuisine and yields the same properties as domestic cattle - although the two look much different.
